How did we help?

For several decades, Stylam has been manufacturing and supplying decorative laminates to the Indian market and across the globe. They serve various industries, including interior designing, furniture, cabinetry, etc. 

In 2021, Stylam decided to transform its operations by selecting the sales cloud as its solution. They chose Manras Technologies due to our expertise in Sales Cloud and other solutions. Besides, they also considered our work with several prominent Indian enterprises.

We helped them streamline their sales process by providing insight into region-specific product preferences, among other improvements. The solution helped Stylam to implement Salesforce standard features to drive engagement. We also suggested solutions to support customers’ retailer sales and warranty generation.

Retail Visit Execution

We helped Stylam plan its visits to distributors, influencers, and retailers. It made repetitive tasks easier to schedule, and they found approving PJPs more manageable.

Expense Management

We assisted them in managing local expenses and travel expense reporting for upcountry tours. We also provided services like approving advance requests, complaints, and requests from critical accounts.

Implementation Flow

We created an implementation flow for Stylam that included data model structure creation and business requirement discussion. The Agile method includes contact, opportunity, price book, quotation visit, PJP, expenses, warranty, target, and achievement.

User and Admin Training

We worked with the company to help them figure out their platform and then worked to help retrain users (UAT) to be comfortable with it. We also helped boost customers’ platform usage by offering digital engagement training.

Ecosystem Breadth Demonstration

We helped Stylam overcome financial difficulties by delivering a unique cross-selling tool that allowed sales and customer support teams to perform better. Our unique price book feature allowed users to keep track of their business transactions and records.

What Results Did Stylam Achieve?

After working with Manras Technologies, Stylam overcame several challenges and managed to implement numerous solutions. As a result, they have seen some great successes. Some of these include the following:

Live Reporting with Dashboards reduced the Sales review team meeting durations as now the higher management is aware of what the Sales team is doing and reviews areas of business.​

Quote creation and attendance system have been automated.

Visit tasks capture and PJP planning has become transparent and system tracked.

Expense Reports are automatically available for review and approval to all managers on the 15th and 30th of every month.

Sales review meetings became more effective as the entire target and achieved values were available on Salesforce.​
