ART Fertility Clinics is one of the most renowned fertility clinics in GCC. However, there are still several challenges that they had to overcome.

We helped implement sales cloud and digital engagement across various social media channels, like Facebook and WhatsApp. Live integration, CTI integration, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Communication for SMS support, and Outlook integrations were also provided.

We also helped the client to implement Salesforce standard features to drive patient engagement.
