We are Proud Winners of Salesforce India Partner Ideathon 2022

Successful problem-solving requires the right solution to the right problem, a lot of solutions fail not because their solutions are not right, they fail because they do not understand the problems very well. We didn’t copy this from a philosophy book, we genuinely believe in this and we thought it is time to test it out when Salesforce announced its first Salesforce India Partner Ideathon 2022.

 

It was not just a regular ideathon, Salesforce partners from all over the nations were called in with a team consisting of their smartest minds to discover whitespaces and solutions across Industries and Salesforce product portfolio, generate high-value business ideas, and solving real-life business problems with gamification. With over 1000+ participants and a journey we covered over a duration of 5 months, we consider ourselves blessed to have seen creativity and innovation dripping out of the cup. We congratulate all the participants for such a top-grade solution and out-of-the-box ideas; it is always a learning experience to work with the best minds in the industry.

 

We are very pleased to announce that out of the 157+ ideas submitted, the jury and the experts picked our idea amongst the top 3 winners and we were announced as one of the Top 3 winning solutions in the RSI Category. Our idea was recognized as a unique and innovative solution and received the highest jury scoring points.

 

The whole process was a learning experience and we brainstormed truckloads of ideas before we dug out what really struck all of us, the ‘RFQ to Quote Solution’ Quotation is your sales pitch once you leave the room and it is important for any organization to manage it well and we saw our sweet spot right there.

 

The problems with how the quotations are demanded and served today are so many, the sales teams always have a hard time capturing and enriching the RFQ details at one place, then there is always a scope for a manual error in the quotation that is shared with the customer, manually generating quotations is highly time-consuming and co-ordinating with all teams to come to the quote at the first place is the added headache. Then there are customers who ask for quotes in all possible permutations and combinations, and getting real-time updates from vendors before arriving at a quote are all problems that the world wasn’t paying much attention to. This leads to a lot of leakages in terms of revenue because of a loaf of costs not being factored in and a loss of customers due to the quotations being lousy.

 

Now if you only have a hammer, you tend to see every problem as a nail. and with our hammer, we knew exactly what to do, and with the Salesforce platform, we integrated the sales and community cloud to come up with Customer 360 and Vendor 360 integrated amongst all teams. This will enable inter-team and vendor collaboration to come up with quotes that have factored in all the variables and costs (updated in real-time). This will enable teams to reduce the turnaround time on quotations and also slack off all the manual errors that may arise otherwise. This will also enable the management to get a bird’s eye view on everything that is happening on the ground level to make better decisions and improve and adapt as required.

 

Completing eight years of experience, 125 well-pleased clients, and more than a hundred class projects delivered efficiently, we now hold more than 150 certifications across the domain. With a dashing CSAT score of 4.89/5, we were also awarded the ‘MM+ Implementation Partner of the Year for India by Salesforce in the APAC Partner of the Year Awards 2021. We take the utmost pride in coming up with real solutions for all real problems a real business encounters.
